E-Publishing: Why Bother?

Well, it’s official. There’s no reason to worry about selling the e-rights to your stories, to even bother submitting to e-markets, or to care about the different available formats. In case you haven’t heard, the Internet is OVER.

Huh?

I’m sure most of you have heard of the infamous Prince interview, but in case you haven’t, here’s the link to a YouTube! video / article and a link to a geek comic about the whole thing. Hey, if Prince said it, it must be true, right?

So don’t worry about the battle for the e-platform, trying to figure out how much Amazon owes you for publishing on Kindle or Apple will pay for your iBook submission. Don’t even bother. Because it’s all meaningless and print is the media of the future.

Oh, yeah. This one borders on hysterical and insanely funny. Almost as funny as the guy in Texas who said a couple of months ago that he didn’t need to worry if Hurricane Alex came ashore because he had guns. (What was he planning to do? Shoot the hurricane?)
