2009 was a hard year for me. I received more story rejections that year than I’ve received all my life. 2010 is definitely shaping up better. Not only am I published in a Shadowrun sourcebook, but I just had my story "Silk and Steam" accepted for publication in Lee Martindale’s "The Ladies of Trade Town" anthology (July 2011).

In addition to that good news, an invite-only anthology titled "Career Guide for Your Job from Hell" will be going to print sometime soon (I don’t have a date yet) with another brand-new story of mine titled "Another Day, Another Labor." This one will be available in print, Kindle and iBook formats initially.

So, the score is "2009, Nothing. 2010, 3." Whoohoo! I’m excited.
